Short project description:
The overall objective of the program is to increase the capacity of economically and socially vulnerable groups to participate more fully in society.
Specific objectives of the program:
Specific Objective 1: Decreased levels of poverty among economically vulnerable groups
Specific Objective 2: Increased access of prisoners to the labor market in Serbia
Specific Objective 3: Better inclusion of Roma in Montenegrin society
Main Activities
Activity 1.1: Direct job creation through educational and economic support to 600 micro businesses
Activity 1.2: Direct job creation through educational and economic support to 7 cooperatives
Activity 2: Improvement of the economic situation and treatment in three selected correctional institutions
Activity 3: Construction of 4 prefab-houses in Niksic/ Montenegro
